A simple stretching routine at home

A wellness routine you can keep on busy weeks

Elaborate programs fail on the weeks that matter most: travel, deadlines, a child with a fever, a parent who needs a ride. We teach a three-anchor routine because three things can survive a loud calendar.

Move. Ten to twenty minutes counts. A walk after lunch, a stretch before coffee, a flight of stairs you take on purpose. Intensity can wait. Consistency cannot.

Meal. One planned plate a day—usually lunch or dinner—built from protein, plants, and a starch you enjoy. The rest of the day can be imperfect if this plate is reliable.

Wind-down. A repeating cue that the day is over: lights down, devices parked, a short stretch or page of a book. Recovery is a practice, not a vibe.

When life opens up, you can add more. When it closes in, you keep the anchors. That is how wellness stops being a project you restart every January.
